Luther Moyer, Principal and Founder, is a third-generation property management specialist with more than a decade of experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets including retail, office, warehouse, moorage, and multi-family projects. Luther has earned the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Luther has a BA in Finance from Eastern Washington University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Washington State University. In addition, Luther has completed the Certificate Program in Commercial Real Estate at University of Washington. Luther began his career as a consultant for a large family trust, and just prior to forming Cascade Pacific Real Estate Services, was a partner at a respected boutique property management firm.
Gary Martindale, Director of Property Management, has over 30 years of experience in the commercial property management field, including industrial, office and retail properties. His career accomplishments include managing and overseeing the redevelopment of The Commons at Federal Way (former SeaTac Mall), managing and leasing Lakewood Colonial Center and several other properties at Northwest Building Corporation for the Norton Clapp family, and management of the Lakewood Mall for General Growth Properties. Gary has a BA in Business Administration from Columbia Pacific University and an MS in Business Management from LaSalle University. He holds the CSM and CLS designations through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Dan Jacobs, Property Maintenance Director, has extensive experience in various facets of property maintenance and related fields. He has held positions of Vice President with Aspen Paints (Seattle), Dutch Boy Paints (Seattle) and Senior Craftsman with Handyman Services (Phoenix/Scottsdale). Dan’s career includes experience as a painting contractor, in carpentry and related trades.
Sotheary Johnson, Assistant Property Manager, comes to us from the multi-family property management industry in Silverdale, along with other skills and experience she has garnered during her career from the family business of flipping houses and from her exposure to the commercial real estate industry where her father worked. Sotheary’s customer service, accounting, leasing and property management skills will assist her in handling a myriad of issues as she performs her duties in property management at Cascade Pacific Real Estate Services to include accounts payable, facilitating maintenance and repair, project management, and negotiating vendor contracts.
Tabatha Kritch, Accountant, has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field in various roles. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from University of Phoenix. Tabatha also has experience in human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, and tax preparation.
